We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support our HR functions and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will support the General Manager, HR to oversee end-to-end HR operations—from Industrial Relations and payroll to talent acquisition and policy drafting—while championing employee engagement and data-driven reporting to shape a positive workplace culture.


This role is suitable for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a comprehensive role—spanning from Employee Relations and Payroll to Talent Acquisition and Policy Writing.


Key Responsibilities


Industrial Relations & Compliance: Handle disciplinary processes end-to-end. Draft show-cause letters, and execute disciplinary actions in line with Company's policies and labour laws.


Recruitment & Analytics: Oversee the talent acquisition pipeline and utilise data to produce insightful recruitment reports for management decision-making.


Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and drive impactful staff engagement initiatives. Own the Employee Satisfaction Survey process, from rollout to data analysis and action planning.


Training & Development: Coordinate closely with external and internal trainers to facilitate continuous learning and development programmes.


Policy Writing & HR Strategy: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Payroll Management: Oversee and ensure timely, accurate processing of payroll and statutory compliance.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity within a comprehensive HR function.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in drafting legal/HR correspondence (show-cause, warning letters) and strong capability in data reporting/analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of local labour laws and employment regulations.
