Job Title: Human Resource Recruiter (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!)
Location: Alexandra Road
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2800 - $3500 per month
Work Days: Monday to Friday (No need to work on PH)
Working Hours: 10am to 5pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Recruiter to assist with HR functions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with people, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of administrative duties in an HR setting. You will provide valuable support in various HR areas, such as recruitment, employee records management, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process.

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for employee documentation and records retention.

- Assist with onboarding new employees and exit processes for departing employees.

- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support in various HR activities and projects.

Qualifications:
- Diploma certification preferred

Skills & Competencies:
- Positive and outspoken
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
