Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships.
• Update CRM records and achieve lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
