Operations Executive (e-Tris Specialist)

Job Purpose

A dual role responsible for managing HRD Corp e-Tris transactions and providing daily administrative support to the HR department and General Manager.

Working Hours

• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• e-Tris & L&D Operations
• Portal Management: Execute all grant applications, claims, and levy tracking in e-Tris.
• Audit Compliance: Maintain all training documentation for HRD Corp audits.
• Training Logistics: Coordinate course schedules, room bookings, and attendance sheets.
• Data Tracking: Update the training database and generate monthly reports.
• Vendor Liaison: Act as the main contact for HRD Corp and trainers.

Administrative Support

• GM Assistance: Provide direct secretarial support to the HR General Manager.
• Schedule Coordination: Manage meetings, travel logistics, and corporate documentation.
• Onboarding Help: Organize new hire orientation and company learning events.
• File Management: Maintain digital records, correspondence, and office paperwork.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete operational and clerical duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience using the HRD Corp e-Tris portal (gained via previous employment or a structured HR internship).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word; strong multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
