• Oversee the daily operations of the sales counter to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and duty rosters.
• Ensure the sales counter and showroom are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest presentation standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational or sales-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Coach, train, and develop sales staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales performance.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
