Job Summary:

Warehouse Assistant supports receiving by handling goods receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. While maintaining accurate records. The role involves physical work, attention to detail, and safe operating physical activity and operating basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks. Key duties include scanning items, preparing orders, loading/unloading trucks, performing inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies, with strong organization and time management skills essential for meeting operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Storage: Unloading deliveries, checking quantities, inspecting for damage, and moving stock to designated locations.
• Order Picking & Packing: Selecting items based on pick lists, packing them securely and labelling correctly.
• Inventory Management: Performing cycle counts, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
• Shipping & Dispatch: Loading trucks, organizing outbound shipments, and ensuring goods are secured.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Equipment Operation: Using pallet jacks, scanners, and other handling equipment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: For accurate order picking and inventory tracking.
• Time Management: Meeting deadlines for order fulfilment.
• Basic Literacy/Numeracy: For recording and checking stock.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff.
• Technical Skills: Familiar with inventory software is a plus

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
