Join Wine Adore, a fast growing international technology and lifestyle company operating across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. We are looking for a highly organized and driven Bookkeeper & Compliance Executive to join our growing operations team in Johor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry
• Organizing invoices, receipts, and financial records
• Supporting monthly reporting and reconciliation
• Assisting with company compliance and documentation
• Liaising with external accountants and corporate secretaries
• Supporting operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Based in Johor, Malaysia
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and responsible attitude
• Good English communication skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced company

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Location:

• Johor Bahru (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
