• Customer Intake: Greet customers warmly, listen to vehicle issues, and log detailed descriptions of problems.
• Estimates & Approvals: Prepare cost and time estimates, check parts availability, and secure client consent before work begins.
• Liaison & Updates: Relay repair instructions to technicians and provide status updates to customers throughout the day.
• Billing & Delivery: Review final invoices, explain completed work, process payments, and handle vehicle pick-ups
• Communication Skills: Clear speaking ability to translate mechanical terms into simple customer advice.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance schedules, and repair processes.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment using shop management software.
• Education & Experience: High school diploma plus customer service or automotive experience
• SKM level 1, 2 and 3 in Automotive

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
