This is a full-time position open to graduates.

As SPM Leavers, Graduate Trainee Representatives (Immediate Starter), you will develop, maintain, and build upon foundational relationships with customer. Guides and leads conversations to facilitate the achievement of our client’s business objectives by engaging with customer. This opportunity will allow you to lead the team and customer, prioritization of engagements, and management is what we expect to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities.

Responsibilities

• You will learn to handle customer and team member and with guidance from more experienced colleagues.
• You will learn how to identify, navigate and communicate with key customer at different levels and learn how to guide and lead conversations to all new team members.
• You will grow your communications skill.
• You will understand the organizational and customer success strategy.
• Responsibilities: After extensive training, your primary responsibility will be achieving client’s sales targets. Thereafter;
• You will be responsible for the division’s marketing objectives, strategic planning, organizing, implementing promotional activities as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the division.
• Managing the company’s marketing materials & events.
• Lead & manage projects teams
• Planning, coordinating & execution
• People & Campaign management

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or higher. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to hold and develop interest of acquiring new customers.
• Disciplined and self-driven
• Committed to customer excellence and who are customer orientated.
