Financial Management

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to Management.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts.

Accounting Operations

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting records.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.

Tax & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with SST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate annual audit activities and ensure timely completion.

Procurement

• Ensure and maintain a supplier/vendor database and evaluate performance on price, quality, reliability, and delivery. Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to finance staff.

Other Duties

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM6,000.00

Education:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Experience:

• Full Set Accounting: 1 year (Required)
• Having experience in accounting is added advantage.
• · Knowledge of Auto Count/UBS is preferred.
