Competencies Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, production planning, or supply chain management.

3. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

4. Basic understanding of procurement and warehouse operations.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).

8. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

1. Demand Planning

• · Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, customer orders, and market information.
• · Analyse forecast accuracy and recommend improvements.
• · Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to understand customer requirements and future demand.

2. Supply Planning

• · Develop supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
• · Coordinate with Procurement to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
• · Work closely with Production to align manufacturing schedules with demand.
• · Monitor supplier performance and material availability.

3. Inventory Management

• · Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
• · Monitor inventory turnover and slow-moving items.
• · Review safety stock and reorder levels regularly.
• · Support inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
• Monitor KPIs such as:

o Forecast Accuracy

o Inventory Turnover

o On-Time Delivery (OTD)

o Production Plan Adherence

o Material Availability

o Stock-out Rate

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
