Precast Concrete Product Manufacturer

Responsibilities

• To establish the Procurement Flow & Process by aligning and optimising the department roles with the overall corporate strategy and operational excellence initiatives.
• To support the tendering stage, responsibilities for price negotiation, delivery, payment term to meet purchasing goals and projects date line.
• Manage all aspects of purchasing to efficiently and cost-effectively support organizational operations – sourcing, comparison and recommend.
• Identify and source new suppliers and vendors. Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, delivery performance, support, capacity and reliability develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Monitoring contractual commitment and deliverables related to purchasing and sourcing activities including quality, performance & documentation.
• Develop and implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices.
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
• Coordinating the post-procurement process including delivery of services/ goods and payment to vendors in accordance to the procurement contract.
• Manage and documents review including Letter of Credit & shipping documents.
• Liaison with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
• Guiding the subordinate pertaining to all aspect of procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
