ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXECUTIVE

Top Global Food & Beverages Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and other supporting documents.
• Prepare and process supplier payments in accordance with company policies. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and proper filing. Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment-related matters.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Knowledge of SQL Accounting is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
