Job Scope:-

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
• Monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and delivery schedules.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier files, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements as stated in ISO.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with warehouse or operations teams.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Support vendor registration and qualification processes.
• To handle logistic and custom clearance local and oversea
• Prepare procurement reports and filing.
• Perform general administrative duties for the procurement department and others department

Requirement:-

• Education - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, OR a related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience for Executive roles; fresh graduates may be considered for Assistant positions.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and vendor management.
