Administrative Intern
Job Brief
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support our day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will get hands-on experience in office management, professional communication, and business administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to develop foundational administrative skills in a professional corporate environment.
Internship Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- No prior formal experience required, though involvement in university clubs or prior project management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities (Optional addition for your posting):
- Assist in daily office administrative duties (filing, scanning, data entry).
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and route them to the appropriate team members.
- Help maintain office inventory and order supplies when needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and corporate correspondence.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
Pay: RM500.00 per month
