Responsibilities
Job Description :
1. Inventory Reporting & Data Extraction
- Perform fixed vendor downloads and maintain accurate vendor-related inventory data.
- Generate MYDA/PSDA inventory reports on a routine basis.
- Prepare finance inventory reports using SAP transactions (e.g., MB52, MC.9, MBLB) on a weekly and monthly schedule
2. Subcontract & Stock Management
- Run and update weekly subcontract stock lists.
- Prepare monthly subcontract stock lists for finance and operational review.
3. Count Sheet & Cycle Count Support
- Assist in count sheet consolidation for SGMY operations.
- Support the team during customer cycle counts, including data verification and variance follow-up.
4. General Inventory Support
- Work closely with the Inventory, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Assist in process improvements, documentation, and other ad‑hoc tasks related to inventory control.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Social Sceince, Business admin, Management, Supply Chain or any related field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, analytical and result oriented.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park.
- No work experience required.
- Preferably immediate starter.
- Internship position available.
