Job Description

• Support AI development initiatives by exploring the use of artificial intelligence tools and technologies to improve business processes, operational efficiency, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Assist in analysing business performance, operational metrics, and key data insights to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to drive business objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, customer experience, supply chain operations, and digital commerce ecosystems.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business recommendations for management review.
• Demonstrate leadership potential, adaptability, and a growth mindset while undertaking challenging assignments and responsibilities.
• Participate in training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development programmes designed to strengthen leadership and management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
