Job Description:

• Ensure all dishes, workstations, cooking tools, and food storage spaces are cleaned in compliance with food safety standards.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, shredding, and grating them for the chef's use.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Help with unloading deliveries.
• Store ingredients following proper food safety guidelines.
• Assist in tracking and managing inventory.
• Report any broken or damaged equipment to the kitchen manager.
• Package leftover food for customers upon request.
• Regularly clean trash bins and dispose of waste.
