Job Summary

We are looking for a Livestream Assistant to support the seamless execution of daily live broadcasts by managing studio technical setups and real-time product coordination. You will work closely with hosts and the production team to ensure every session is professional and uninterrupted. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare the livestream studio, including the setup and testing of lighting, audio, and technical equipment.
• Verify platform stability and internet connectivity prior to going live.
• Support the host during sessions by managing product listings, SKU accuracy, and real-time stock updates.
• Monitor live chat to engage with viewers and resolve basic inquiries.
• Track and report viewership metrics, engagement data, and sales performance.
• Conduct quality control on all featured products to ensure they match tags and are free of defects.
• Update promotional visuals and on-screen banners according to campaign requirements.
• Maintain accurate schedules and attendance logs for the livestream team.
• Report any technical or operational risks to the supervisor immediately.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs strictly.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and smartphone applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Punctual, responsible, and a disciplined team player.
