Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• To provide back-end administration support for operation and sales & marketing team.
• To liaise with respective customers on stock availability and order fulfilment; to reschedule of order loading by inventory available, planning schedule and transportation availability.
• Confirm with orders, including customer's information and payment details.
• Prepare quotations and invoice to client.
• Proceed to issue order and follow-up the delivery.
• Tally DO with Purchase Order and Invoice to supplier.
• To handle and coordinate customer's documents upon goods delivery.
• To liaise with customers or sales on the goods returned and ensure the documentation is well aligned.
• Prepare project file when there is an awarded project from a salesperson.
• Inventory management, monitor stock level.
• Communicate with internal and external parties on matters relating to administrative activities.
• Ad hoc duties as required from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
