Hostel Management & Maintenance

· Monitor and coordinate hostel repair and maintenance works.

· Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper living conditions.

· Monitor and follow up on utilities bill payments and collections for hostels.

· Ensure hostel facilities comply with company standards and authority requirements.

Transport Monitoring

· Monitor and inspect workers’ transportation arrangements and bus conditions.

· Conduct spot checks on bus trips to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety requirements.

· Verify and maintain transport-related documentation, including permits, insurance, and road tax validity.

Purchasing & Inventory

· Purchase and monitor stock items and daily necessities for hostels.

· Maintain proper records of purchases and inventory usage.

· Coordinate with suppliers for hostel and operational requirements.

Liaison with Authorities

· Liaise with government authorities such as Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA) and Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) regarding hostel inspections and compliance matters.

· Assist in preparing required documents for inspections and audits.

Recruitment Support

· Assist the team in local recruitment activities and operational arrangements.

· Support interview coordination, onboarding preparation, and candidate management when required.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
