Job Overview

Redzuan Metal Industries Sdn Bhd is a growing company in the metal recycling industry. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Clerk/Admin to join our team. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy administrative work, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
• Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and filing systems.
• Enter and update data accurately in the system.
• Manage emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence.
• Assist with inventory, purchase orders, and other office operations.
• Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and SQL.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Disciplined, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
