We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our HR team in Balakong. In this role, you will work directly as a dedicated right hand to the Talent Acquisition Lead. Your primary focus will be managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume production roles, including Storekeepers, Production Operators, and Packaging Operators, while also supporting corporate and other general recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Production Recruitment
- Source, screen, and filter suitable candidates for factory floor and warehouse roles (Storekeepers, Production Operators, Packaging team, etc.).
- Actively explore local recruitment channels (walk-in drives, job portals, social media groups, recommendations, or community boards).
- Coordinate candidate check-ins, medical screenings, and onboarding logistics for production hires.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment Operations & Support
- Screening & Filtering: Initial resume screening and brief phone pre-screening to verify basic qualifications, availability, and expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and set up interviews (both virtual and physical) between candidates and hiring managers/TA Lead.
- Candidate Communication: Prepare and send out official interview invitations, rejection notifications, and offer letters.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate candidate records, update the recruitment database, and handle new-hire documentation (IC copies, banking details, offer acceptance, etc.).
- Assisting the TA Lead on general recruitment tasks across various departments as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Experience: Prior internship experience or short exposure to HR/recruitment (especially high-volume or blue-collar hiring) is a strong advantage.
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute daily to Balakong.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with production staff and candidates.
- Good organizational skills with high attention to detail for handling scheduling and documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic candidate tracking.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, quick learner, and eager to grow under direct guidance.
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
