Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and submitting tender and quotation documents.
• Source materials and labour pricing for tender submissions.
• Compile, review, and compare quotations for price negotiations.
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures.
• Maintain and update contractor and vendor databases.
• Monitor vendor performance evaluations and procurement records.
• Ensure compliance with the company's Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ), and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
• To perform any other duties as required by superior and the company

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Experience in the facilities management or construction industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in IFCA system and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with good computer literacy.
• Possess strong integrity, good communication and negotiation skills.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (Required)
