THIS POSITION IS BASED IN KLK REFINERIES, LOCATED IN MUTIARA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the IT roadmap aligned with Group strategy and business priorities.
• Partner with refinery leadership to translate business needs into effective IT solutions.
• Oversee ERP (SAP) systems, including enhancements, integrations, and data governance.
• Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Drive business intelligence and reporting capabilities to support decision-making.
• Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a strong service-oriented culture.
• Manage vendors and partners to deliver quality outcomes and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Group IT to ensure alignment of systems, platforms, and standards across divisions.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ IT experience with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Strong track record managing infrastructure, cross-border teams, and vendors.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Experience in palm oil refining, oleochemical, agro-processing, or related process industries will be an added advantage.
