Linux + Microsoft Windows Server Administration

Join our team as a Server Administrator, supporting a mixed Linux and Windows Server environment — from patching and troubleshooting to disaster recovery and system documentation

What You Bring

• 2+ years' hands-on experience setting up and administering Linux OS (Redhat, Suse) and servers.
• 2+ years' experience applying Linux patches, troubleshooting server issues, and upgrading Server OS.
• 1+ year experience with VM management, including cloning and snapshots.
• Willingness to pick up basic networking, network switch configuration, and server services (e.g. file transfer).

What You'll Do

• Install, set up, and administer Linux servers and related services/modules.
• Troubleshoot Linux OS issues and prepare/maintain testing and production environments.
• Prepare, execute, and document testing scenarios and system documentation.
• Produce deliverables per Group standards and procedures.
• Support Project Leaders in application system design, coordination, and user training.
• Troubleshoot and support end-users during system implementation and maintenance.
• Train other contract programmers in relevant skills.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery activities, including simulation exercises at DR sites.
• Learn and adopt new tools for system administration and monitoring.
• Perform server/system maintenance and other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
