Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing Associate role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Marketing Associate supports face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns by engaging with potential customers, presenting brand messages clearly, and responding to questions about products or services. Daily activities include assisting in campaign setup, participating in field marketing events, tracking basic performance metrics, and providing feedback to improve campaign effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with senior team members, attending training sessions, and contributing to a positive, professional representation of client brands. This position offers practical exposure to sales, marketing, and customer relationship building in a fast-paced environment.
