Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring all construction activities are carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and schedule.
• Monitor manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure efficient site operations.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, and site records.
• Conduct site inspections with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure all materials delivered to site meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress according to the approved work schedule.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices on site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate in Engineering (Civil Engineering or related field).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of site supervision experience in the construction industry will have an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel or be based at project sites.
• Immediate availability or able to join within short notice is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
