Job Title: Assistant Supervisor – Event Management Campaign

Job Summary:
The Assistant Supervisor supports the Event Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and executing campaign events. This role ensures event operations run smoothly, staff perform their duties effectively, and campaign objectives are achieved according to schedule and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing campaign events and promotional activities.
• Supervise event crew, promoters, and temporary staff during event operations.
• Monitor event setup, registration, crowd management, and breakdown activities.
• Ensure all event materials, equipment, and promotional items are prepared and available.
• Coordinate with vendors, venue management, and stakeholders as required.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare daily event reports, attendance records, and performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Support the Event Supervisor in achieving campaign targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in event management, promotions, or campaign operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
