Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil Technician to support the maintenance and repair of buildings and civil infrastructure within a healthcare facility. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, routine inspections, and ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of building structures and civil elements, including walls, ceilings, floors, roofing, doors, windows, and sanitary fittings.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of buildings, plumbing, drainage, and infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and carry out corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor contractors and ensure maintenance works meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in healthcare facilities or building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, building maintenance, drainage, plumbing, and structural repairs.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and be on-call when required.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
