Sepenuh Masa BUILDING EXECUTIVE Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in ARTREUM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Manage the daily operations of the building and common areas.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repair, and renovation works.
• Monitor the performance of contractors (cleaning, security, landscaping, M&E, pest control, etc.).
• Attend to residents' or tenants' complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance or safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with building by-laws, safety regulations, and fire safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the Joint Management Body (JMB), Management Corporation (MC), or property owners.
• Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and operational records.
• Monitor the building's maintenance budget and verify contractors' invoices.
• Organize Annual General Meetings (AGMs), committee meetings, and prepare meeting minutes where required.
• Manage access cards, parking, and other resident facilities.
• Handle insurance claims and follow up on defect rectification when necessary.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure statutory licenses, certifications, and service contracts are renewed on time.
