Job Summary

We're looking for a IT Manager to manage the hotel's IT operations and technology support. This role will oversee IT systems, infrastructure, technical support, and system security while ensuring smooth and reliable IT services to support the hotel's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily IT operations and provide technical support to hotel departments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure IT equipment and systems are properly maintained and functioning well.
• Monitor system security and ensure compliance with company IT standards.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance, repairs, and support when required.
• Manage IT assets, records, and documentation.
• Support hotel projects and system implementation when required.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:
