Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in GPE Enterprise Johor - Maukerja

Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for piping installation projects, ensuring variance against final actual cost is kept within 5%.

Prepare progress claims and variation orders (VOs) to clients (Ranhill Technologies/SAJ) with an accuracy rate of at least 95% and zero rejected claims due to documentation or measurement errors.

Track project costs against approved budgets and report cost variances above ±5% to management within 3 working days.

Complete quantity take-offs and valuations within the agreed schedule to support on-time progress claim submission.

Verify subcontractor and supplier claims/invoices against actual work done and contract rates, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Liaise with client quantity surveyors/representatives on measurement, valuation, and claim certification matters.

Assist in the preparation of tender documents, cost comparisons, and procurement recommendations in coordination with the Purchaser.

Maintain accurate records of measurements, drawings, site instructions, and correspondence relevant to cost and contractual matters.

Support the Finance department in reconciling billed amounts, collections, and outstanding claims.

Advise Management on cost implications of site instructions, variations, or design changes.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
