Job Scope

• Maintain and support the company's SD-WAN network connecting Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring network stability and security.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, endpoint protection, data backup, access control, and encryption to comply with local regulations.
• Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers, storage systems, and data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental monitoring.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of server rooms and IT infrastructure.
• Manage office IT assets, industrial PCs, workstations, and peripheral devices, including deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management tools to standardize device deployment, monitoring, and policy enforcement.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users by resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Support and maintain Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure smooth production operations.
• Manage user accounts, system permissions, business data backups, and troubleshoot application or data synchronization issues.
• Develop and execute IT incident response and disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime during network or system failures.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, operational records, and audit logs.
• Collaborate with vendors and Group IT teams on system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and technology implementation projects.
• Conduct user training and develop IT operation manuals to promote standardized usage of systems and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT infrastructure performance, security, and operational efficiency.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
