Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Executive to oversee the maintenance and operation of civil infrastructure within a healthcare facility. The successful candidate will ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently, comply with statutory requirements, and support high-quality facility services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and civil infrastructure.
• Monitor routine maintenance in accordance with concession agreements and hospital requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Respond promptly to user concerns related to civil works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (DOSH, DOE, ST, CKAP, etc.).
• Manage contractors and maintenance activities to support safe and efficient hospital operations.
• Maintain service quality in line with agreed service levels and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by MQA.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare facilities or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance, statutory compliance, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
