Job Summary

Klimatech Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Business Development Associate to support the growth of our HVAC business.

You do not need to be an HVAC expert to apply. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Structured in-house technical and product training will be provided.

This position offers a clear career development pathway towards becoming a Business Development Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams on customer requirements.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
• Support marketing and business development activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates from other educational or working backgrounds may also be considered if they are interested in technical products and willing to learn.
• one year of working experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge or previous exposure to HVAC, air-conditioning, ventilation, or refrigeration systems will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting and communicating with customers.
• Positive, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
