• Be the main communicator between in-house designers and clients by providing an accurate service to meet their work flow and requirements.
• Prepare quotations, check through documentations and artworks before submitting to clients in a set-out timeline.
• Keep clients updated on the progress of each enquiry, quotation and etc. while responding to their concerns and feedback promptly.
• Assist in any other duties if necessary.

Requirements :

• Must have strong communication skill and be proficient in spoken and written English.
• Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular Word & Excel, Outlook experience.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work overtime on weekend as and when needed

(Salary shall commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
