Pepper Western is a food and beverage company located in Bayan Baru, Penang, specializing in serving quality and affordable Western cuisine to local customers. Responsibilities / Task :

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with the company's branding, marketing campaigns, and business goals.
• Produce short-form and long-form videos, photos, graphics, and written content.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Film and edit videos using editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and viral content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Manage the company's content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations based on analytics and audience insights.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative marketing ideas.
• Cover company events, training sessions, and behind-the-scenes activities for social media content.
• Ensure all content maintains brand consistency, quality, and professionalism.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Creative storytelling ability.
• Copywriting and scriptwriting skills.
• Graphic design fundamentals.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Social media content planning.
• Understanding of content marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.
• Basic branding and digital marketing knowledge.
• Time management and project coordination.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
