Full Time Technician, Mechanical (Pavilion KL) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Federal Territory - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical- & electrical-powered machines/equipment
• Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
• Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
• Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
• Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
