Retail Sales Associate - Hard Rock Cafe Melaka

We're looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our team!

What you'll do:

Greet and welcome guests with a smile

Help guests with questions and product info

Handle sales transactions and cash payments accurately

Recommend products and suggest add-ons

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked

Assist with opening/closing duties

Make every guest's visit a great experience

What we're looking for:

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused
• Good communication skills
• Basic math/cash-handling skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Requirements:

Proficient in English and comfortable communicating with guests

Able to stand and walk for long hours in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, or special events as needed

Open to Malaysians only

Please note: our establishment serves alcohol as part of normal operations

Note: Accommodation/hostel is not provided
