Position Overview

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction, specifically in firefighting systems, cold & hot water systems, and medical gas pipeline systems. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate effectively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for M&E works.
• Ensure installation of firefighting systems, water supply systems, and medical gas pipelines is carried out according to design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship, reporting regularly to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve site issues.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and assist in project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in M&E construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with firefighting systems, cold & hot water systems, and medical gas pipeline systems.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
