We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the Singapore HR team. This internship offers valuable exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement, and internal communications. The successful candidate will play an active role in enhancing the employee experience while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

The Role

Onboarding & HR Administration

• Assist in coordinating pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and employee welcome materials.
• Maintain and update HR trackers
• Support general HR administrative tasks and documentation.

Employer Branding

• Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, career pages, and internal channels.
• Assist in promoting company culture, employee stories, and recruitment campaigns.
• Support the planning and coordination of campus outreach and recruitment events.
• Support the preparation and submission of HR award applications, including coordinating inputs, compiling

supporting documentation, and tracking submission timelines.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and company events.
• Coordinate event logistics, communications, registrations, and post-event feedback collection.
• Support employee recognition programs and culture-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to drive employee participation and engagement.

Employee Communications

• Design and develop employee communication materials, including newsletters, announcements,

presentations, posters, and digital content.

• Draft internal communications to support HR programs and initiatives.
• Ensure communication materials align with company branding and messaging guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining HR content on internal communication platforms

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
