About the role:

We're looking for a 6-month Finance Intern to support our Finance team in FP&A, Management Reporting, and Payroll Administration. Gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, business performance analysis, and payroll operations while learning in one of the region's leading fitness and wellness companies

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance team in preparing reports and tracking key business performance metrics.
• Assist with management reporting, data analysis, and financial performance reviews.
• Help consolidate financial and operational data from various clubs and business units.
• Maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and trackers to support business decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Support payroll administration, including record maintenance and data verification.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for reporting and payroll purposes.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.
• Participate in finance process improvement projects and provide administrative support when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and an interest in financial analysis and reporting.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the fitness, health, and wellness industry is an added advantage.
