About the Opportunity

We are supporting a leading global multinational company for a Social Media project - Content Moderator (Non-Voice) role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This role involves reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and platform policies while maintaining a safe digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate policy-violating or sensitive content when required.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to MYR 9,500 per month
• Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to MYR 300
• Shift Allowance: Up to MYR 300
