Role Description The Condominium Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of residential condominium developments. This includes overseeing building maintenance and facilities, coordinating with service providers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and condo by-laws. The role involves managing the condominium’s budget and finances, preparing reports for the Management Corporation, and supporting the council in meetings and decision-making. The Condominium Manager will handle resident communications, respond to feedback or disputes in a professional manner, and organize security, cleaning, landscaping, and other services to maintain a safe, orderly, and well-kept environment. The role also requires continuous monitoring of operational standards and timely implementation of improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong property and facilities management knowledge, including building maintenance, vendor coordination, and basic understanding of safety and compliance standards.
- Financial and administrative skills, such as budgeting, cost control, report preparation, and documentation management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle resident queries, manage stakeholders, and facilitate council meetings professionally.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including prioritizing tasks, resolving operational issues, and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Relevant certification or diploma in property management, facilities management, real estate, or a related field; condominium management experience in Singapore is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and property management systems is beneficial.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and service orientation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
