Job Scope

1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for façade projects.

• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project costs.

2. Tender & Contract Management

• Prepare tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations.

• Assist in tender submissions and contract administration.

3. Measurement & Cost Control

• Take off quantities from drawings for façade works.

• Monitor project costs and ensure expenses remain within budget.

4. Progress Claims & Payment

• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients.

• Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims.

• Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.

5. Variation Orders

• Identify and prepare variation order (VO) claims.

• Negotiate and finalize variation costs with clients and consultants.

6. Project Coordination

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Attend project meetings when required.

7. Final Account

• Prepare and finalize project final accounts.

• Ensure all project costs and claims are properly documented.

8. Documentation

• Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, and cost reports.

• Prepare regular cost reports for management.
