Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager.
• Prepare project documents, reports, correspondence and filing.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules and follow up on project progress.
• Assist in procurement, quotations and documentation.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of project documents.
• Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to follow and comply with all lawful work instructions, assignments and operational arrangements given by the Company's Management and immediate supervisor.
• Must demonstrate a cooperative attitude, professionalism and flexibility in carrying out duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
• Knowledge of the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Working Hours
• Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  Saturday and Sunday: As required by project operations.
