• Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma or equivalent. 
• Previous experience in administration, purchasing, or automotive-related industries will be an advantage. 
• Good attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills. 
• Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external parties. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic system usage. 
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
• Knowledge of vehicle models or auction platforms will be an added advantage.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Admin to support our purchasing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate transaction records, coordinating with suppliers and sales agents, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth vehicle purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and update daily purchasing transactions into the company system. 
• Coordinate with Japanese suppliers and sales agents regarding vehicle purchase arrangements. 
• Verify and maintain accuracy of vehicle information, specifications, and model details in the system records. 
• Assist sales agents in sourcing and searching for suitable vehicles through Japanese auction and vehicle listing websites. 
• Maintain proper and organized digital records of purchasing transactions, vehicle documents, and related information. 
• Provide administrative support to the purchasing team and assist with other ad-hoc tasks when required.
