Responsibilities

Process & Operations

• Help document, standardise, and simplify daily operational tasks to reduce manual work and speed up team response.
• Assist with routine checks, file organisation, and maintaining compliance checklists to keep operations reliable.

Data & Reporting

• Collect and clean operational data, perform basic analysis, and prepare clear management reports for the team.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Excel templates and simple dashboards for tracking KPIs.

Team Support

• Work closely with colleagues to coordinate tasks, handle data entry, and follow up on pending items to keep projects moving.
• Participate in team meetings and ad hoc projects, offering practical support and suggestions for small improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Accepting candidates with 0 years of formal work experience, internship or campus project experience is a plus.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for data entry and basic reporting.
• Basic understanding of management reporting and experience handling simple datasets.
