Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: General Wholesale Trade
Position Title: Administrative Support Executive
Working Location: Joo Koon
Working Hours: 5 days, (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Manage daily office administration and operations.
Handle filing, records, and documentation.
Prepare reports and coordinate with vendors.
Maintain office supplies and support HR and management.
Sales Coordination – Backup Support
Process sales orders and prepare sales documents.
Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams.
Update customers and handle order enquiries.
Maintain sales records and resolve delivery issues.

Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant administrative and sales coordination experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Experience using AutoCount will be an advantage.
